Here in the north, winter is truly coming.My name is Harri Majala and I am the CEO / Founder of GBuilder, based here in Oulu, Finland.We are taking home buyers on a digitalised customer journey when buying a new home.Our own journey started 2013 and I guess we've finally made it since James asked us to guest-edit the Sunday PropTech Review. The Digital Twin is very close to the top of Gartner's "Hype Cycle for Emerging Technologies". I personally don't think you can just place it on one spot on that chart, it's relevance is wide-reaching, but this are still very exciting times for us all working with Digital Twins.

As you can see, a lot is happening in these fields and someday we all look back at these articles and think that there was a time when we actually lived without this technology in our everyday life. Scary.
