Last year we participated in Unissu Connect where our CSMO Jarmo Ollila gave a 7-minute presentation about Homebuyer behavior & expectations and how developers and housebuilders should react.

This year we participated again in RE:Connect June, the world's largest innovation festival in real estate and construction where you can explore 200 sessions led by global thought leaders, all with the mission to inform your innovation and transformation strategies!

One difference for this year is that we didn't participate in one presentation only, but two. Our CSMO Jarmo made a comeback with a presentation about why material options should be offered to homebuyers and how to effectively manage the process. In his presentation, Jarmo reveals the reasons why housebuilders and developers should offer the options and how to do it.

We also had our CEO and Founder of GBuilder, Harri Majala, keep a presentation about the digital handover of residential construction projects. Hear him explain what a handover process is, what it was in the past and what to expect in the future. He also shared some interesting information on how to use BIM-based CDE platforms to streamline the process.
