What information can be collected about me?

What is my personal information used for?

The handling of the data is based on a separate explicit consent given by the customer, or obligations of the legislation, or customer relationship between the customer and the GBuilder's clients, contract and usage of the product.
How is my data being stored and protected?
All personal data is protected against unauthorized access, accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, transfer or other unlawful forms of interaction.
GBuilder maintains customer information in the EU / EEA area. The servers are protected against data theft and denial of service attacks.
We follow good data protection practices in the processing of personal data and our technical solutions. Applicable requirements of the EU Data Protection Regulation since 25/05/2018 is taken into account in the processing of personal data.
All access to personal information is monitored in accordance with best practices.
Who deals with my personal information?
Customer Data is accessible only to GBuilder’s own employees and our staff is trained to use information safely and ethically.
We use trusted contractors, so as the information can be transferred to a third party. With all contractual agreements with the partners, the EU’s data protection requirements of the regulation and other legislation are taken into account.

How long will my data be stored?
We will keep your personal information only for the time needed, so that we can fulfill the uses described in this document. In addition, some data can be stored for longer periods insofar as it is necessary for the obligations imposed by law, such as the accounting and consumer sales responsibilities, fulfillment of, and demonstrating of its proper fulfillment.
On the customer’s request, their Personal Data can be deleted or anonymised in systems. Deletion and anonymisation procedure is irreversible, and we can not restore deleted user accounts.
For some data the legislation imposes obligations on a longer-term storing of information, among others for the following purposes:
- Accounting and Housing Code defines longer retention periods for the data, regardless of whether the material contains personal data or not
- Meeting the requirements for consumer trade exposures
- Systems log data is collected and stored as required by law, so that we can provide a lawful and safe operation for our customers
- Establishment of the adequate backup copies of databases and systems to safeguard data, to correct error situations and verify the security and continuity of the services
Attention! In some cases, all of the information can not be removed, and legislation may require to maintain a portion of the customer-related information.
How do I get the information on myself that is stored in the system?

Do you share my personal information with third parties?
We may share some essential information to third parties to ensure the functioning of the software.
GBuilder is responsible for transferring data and dealing with the high level of security and protection in line with EU Data Protection Regulation.
Are cookies used by the service pages and what are they?
GBuilder uses cookies and other similar techniques, such as your browser’s local storage. Cookies are small text files used between the server and the end-user’s browser. Cookies and other identifiers have a specified validity period, after which the browser removes them. We use these techniques to implement personalization and targeting analytics and for marketing operations.
Functional cookies are used, for example, for customer identification and to maintain logged in state. These operations that make the use of cookies and local storage require them for their operation, and acceptance of their use is mandatory. Functional cookies set by the server and the local storage variables remain in the browser from 15 minutes to 24 months, unless they are separately removed from the browser settings. A visit to the site will set cookies and local storage variables if the browser’s settings permit.
We use Google Analytics. Information sent to Google is anonymised.
Other technologies that we use for targeting analytics and marketing, such as pixel tags, help us to better understand our customers’ behavior, and tell us which products interest our customers and what features and services are most useful for our customers. Analytics and marketing partners will be using the tags and can be refused by utilizing the browser’s Do Not Track feature and setting your browser to reject the third-party cookies.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
Can this Privacy Policy change?
As a result of service development and changes in the laws we reserve the right to change the privacy policy. Significant changes in the Privacy Policy of the registered customers will be reported in connection with updating the terms and conditions.
This privacy policy replaces the previous one.
